Among all that it means to know God, follow Jesus and pursue God's purposes in the world, our
hope is that more men come into a vibrant relationship with God and discover what it means for them to follow Jesus on a lifelong journey of discipleship, service and leaderhsip. There are several ways to get involved and connect with other men on the journey at ECC. We have a Wednesday Morning Men's Fellowship that meets each week and a monthly Prayer Meeting. Be sure to check out our upcoming Basic Discipleship Challenge and the Fall Kick-Off too.
This Fall we are challenging all men of ECC to join together on a 7-week Basic Discipleship Challenge (BDC) as we read and discuss the book Basic Discipleship (by Floyd McClung). The challenge is to take part, show up and do the work, to make it a priority for the seven week period. Each grouping of men will have complete freedom to decide when and where to meet, but we do need you to start signing up! Whether you are new to faith or have walked with God for years, we want everyone to take part in this discipleship challenge!
Wednesday Morning Men's Fellowship
Join the men of ECC on Wednesday mornings at 6:30am in the Great Room, which is at the northwest end of the Worship Building. We are currently working our way through the book of Job. ECC Men's Prayer Meeting
The Men of ECC meet and pray together on the third Tuesday evening of each month, at 9:00pm in the Sanctuary. Please join with other ECC men for a time of prayer.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
Men's Breakfast will be held on Saturday, February 25 at 7:30am in the Life Center. Richard Doyle's Tuesday night small group will be "Living Dangerously" by hosting an "Irish" breakfast for men of all ages (including sons). Men, Mark Your Calendars for the ECC Annual Men's Retreat to be held on Friday and Saturday, April 20 - 21, 2012 at Twin Lakes Camp near Hillsboro, Indiana. More details will be forthcoming.
