ECC MOPS of Lafayette, Indiana exists to nurture a community that allows each mom to grow as an individual and in relationships with her family, other moms and Jesus.  MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a program designed to nurture mothers with children ages birth through kindergarten.

Each meeting provides an inviting environment where women can come--just as they are--to build friendships, be encouraged, and gain practical parenting strategies--all while their children are lovingly cared for in the MOPPETS program.

A typical meeting includes sharing breakfast together, listening to a speaker on a topic of interest to mothers of young children, spending some time in conversation with other moms, and doing a creative activity.

**Our first MOPS meeting will be  September 13 from 9:15-11:15 a.m. at ECC and will generally continue the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month through May 2012.
