
Stacey Littlefield, Lead Pastor
Stacey has been a pastor at ECC since August of 2007. He has been married to Kim for more than 26 years and they have three children. Early in their marriage Stacey and Kim served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for 5 years in Amsterdam, The Netherlands before returning to the States to pursue a new calling on their lives. He attended seminary at North Park (Chicago) and then served as pastor of Bethany Covenant Church for 11 years before accepting the call to come to ECC in 2007. You can reach Pastor Stacey at

Bo Bannister, Worship and Community Life Pastor
Bo came to ECC in June 2009 to serve as Worship and Community Life Pastor, overseeing the production of the worship service as well as the small group ministry at ECC. Bo has been married to Annette since 1999 and they have three young children. Bo served on staff with the Wesley Foundation at Florida State University for three years before heading to Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA. After seminary, he served as Worship Pastor at Community Covenant Church in Santa Barbara, CA, for three years. Dawn Bodi, Discipleship Pastor
Dawn joined ECC in August 2009, having moved from Naperville, Illinois with her husband, Frank, and two children, Kendal and Carter. Dawn is passionate about helping others in all life seasons and circumstances to know God’s love in a tangible way, and then live a life transformed by it! A graduate of North Park Theological Seminary in May 2009, she is also honored to serve in a denomination that focuses on the “majors”, namely love God and love neighbor because He first loved us. Kurt Kincanon, Administrative Pastor
Kurt has been attending ECC since 1995. He has been married to Jo for 22 years and they have
three children. Kurt and Jo met travelling and ministering together in a Christian music Ministry called Eternity. After working in the health care industry for 13 years Kurt accepted the call to become the Administrative Pastor at ECC in 2003. Kurt attended Indiana Wesleyan University for his undergraduate and graduate studies in business and is currently pursuing theological studies at North Park Theological Seminary. Kurt serves as our C.F.O., overseeing the stewardship of the churches finances and business operations of the church as well as the stewardship and maintenance of the church and the property. Ara Koliantz, Youth Pastor
Ara has been at ECC since 2010 and grew up in the Lafayette area. He and his wife Maria met
through Campus Crusade for Christ at Purdue University and got married in 2006. They have one son, Zachariah, born in November of 2010. Ara attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary during which time he also helped lead a youth group in Malden, Massachusetts. He accepted the call to become youth pastor at ECC in July of 2010.

Sandy Doyle, Director of Haiti Ministry
Sandy, along with her husband Richard, have administrated the ministry in Haiti since 2002. At the age of 12, Sandy accepted Christ as the Lord and Savior of her life and was later baptized. She has been married to Richard Doyle for 32 years and they have six children (of which three are sisters adopted from Haiti). In 1999 she joined the staff at ECC then in 2001, with a lifelong passion to serve in missions, God opened a door for her to serve a small rural village in the Central Plateau of Haiti. The ECC Haiti ministry focuses on education, clean water, medical care, housing and provides biblical resources to help the local pastoral leadership in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Susie Johnson, Bookkeeper
Susie has been bookkeeper at ECC since May of 2008. She has been married to Max for more than 43 years and they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Susie and Max started and grew (through the grace of God) Johnson Precision Machine, Inc. for 12 years before they sold it to Kirby Risk in 1993. Susie has a B.S. in mathematics from Purdue.
