TO PURSUE GOD'S PURPOSES IN THE WORLD...

At the highest point of our journey up the mountain the peak comes into view.  We stop to catch our breath and ready ourselves for the final push in our adventure.  To Pursue God’s Purposes is to enter the third circle, those places, events and environments through which we enlist in the causes of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission (love God, love others, make disciples).  At this point in our discipleship journeys we seek to discover our spiritual gifts, passions and abilities and find a place to serve the mission.  We also develop skills in bearing witness to the Good News of Jesus Christ in our everyday lives.  ECC Ministry Teams and areas of service, service in external ministries and intentional missional living beyond the walls of the church are the entry points into this, the narrowest and most intense circle of the faith journey.
